Banana bread

INGREDIENTS

Lovechock 93%
3 bananas (ripe)
50 ml olive oil
25 g coconut blossom sugar
200 gram flour
1,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Cake tin and baking paper



THE MAGIC

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix the oil, coconut blossom sugar and the 2 mashed bananas in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and the cinnamon. When done, mix the flour mixture little by little into the banana mixture. Chop the Lovechock chocolate into small pieces and mix into the mixture.

Cut the remaining banana in half horizontally and vertically. Fill the cake tin with the mixture and top with the remaining bananas.

Ready for 40 minutes in the oven! After 40 minutes, use a skewer to check if the banana bread is ready yet. Is some mixture coming along? Then put it in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Let the banana bread cool down and then it is time to enjoy your vegan banana bread!
